Building it yourself

There’s something special about getting a message from a friend who’s just finished building a new gaming system. Today, a close friend of mine sent me the specs for his latest build, and I have to say—they’re absolutely impressive. But what really struck me wasn’t just the hardware. It was the excitement in his words, that unmistakable pride people feel when they’ve created something with their own hands.

Anyone who’s ever built a PC knows that feeling. It’s not just about assembling parts. It’s the challenge, the problem‑solving, the moment when everything finally powers on and you realize you made this machine. And the best part is knowing that no matter what the future brings, that system can grow and evolve right along with you.

I encouraged him to write down the parts he chose, the steps he took, and the obstacles he had to overcome along the way. There’s a story in every build, and I’d love to share his journey with you, the reader. Because building a system isn’t just a technical task—it’s a deeply satisfying endeavor, one that blends creativity, patience, and a whole lot of heart.

I will leave this space for his story and im hoping it comes soon ! As for that final touch have a look at this internal screen (ad)

I truly hope this marks the beginning of many personal stories from people building their own systems. There’s something incredible about hearing what others have created—each build a reflection of their passion, perseverance, and pride
